Jelly's first day at Nursery

Hold tight Jelly - it's a long drop!

The first pics of Jelly at Whitton Day Nursery.

Unfortunately the computer teacher was sick today but Jelly will get another chance to learn computing skills next Thursday!

Jelly has gone home with Owen tonight and his mom has promised to take a couple of pics.

Tomorrow she will be going home for the weekend with Rachel so that she can attend Rachel's ballet class on Monday - at Rachel's request.

From our friends at Whitton Day Nursery in London

Just to give you a taster of how Jelly will spend her first day......

As the weather has suddenly turned nice here (warm & sunny) she will probably spend most of tomorrow (Thursday) playing in the garden and in the paddling pool - and having her first computer lesson!
Her lunch will be chicken salsa with rice (if she prefers vegetarian, she can have Quorn and mixed vegetable salsa) and pudding will probably be bananas with ice-cream and chocolate sauce - yummy!

Once Jelly has settled in to Nursery we will start taking her out on trips to our high street shops, children's library, park, etc - and I am sure that some of her new friends would like to take her home for a night to meet their families.

We will try to send the photographs out to you every day or so

Wow! Jelly is going to a Disney Park? We can't wait to read about her adventures!
Don't forget that she needs suncream factor 30+ in order that she doesn't get sunburnt - and a sunhat and sunglasses of course!
In the meantime, Jelly has also arrived in London UK - and whilst we are not able to take her to the dizzy heights of Disney World we will be showing her around our small town.
She will be introduced to the Nursery children tomorrow (Thursday) and will spend her first day getting to know the children, and playing with them in our garden and paddling pool.
Jelly will also take part in a pre-school computer lesson, which will help her when she writes her online blog!

Jelly has had a lovely day at Nursery - meeting the children, playing in our garden on the climbing frame and in the paddling pool, and enjoying great food!
The children have encompassed this project wonderfully - they are all vie-ing to be the next one to take her home, or to have their pics taken with her!
Jelly has gone home with Owen (aged 4) and his baby brother Adam (aged 20 months) for the night - and their mom has promised to take a couple of pics.
Tomorrow Jelly will have new experiences at Nursery, including learning a bit of French, and will then be going home with Rachel for the weekend - and accompanying her to her Ballet Class on Monday morning. Jelly will be wearing her special tutu, which we made today, for this!
She will then return to Nursery at lunchtime on Monday for more exciting adventures!

From our new friends in Dunedin, Florida

"Jelly" has arrived in Dunedin , Florida and after resting for a while , and maybe some cuddle time with Bud Dog we will be out and about for some great adventures. And what great timing ! My Sister has promised to take Jelly to one of the Disney Parks this weekend. I will have to be careful she does not get a sunburn while visiting our lovely beaches.

Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin

Just wanted to let you know that I visited the Jelly Belly candy store in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin with my new friends, Grammy, Uncle Ron, and Aunt Deb and saw some neat stuff. Princess E and her family received some "Belly Flops". Have you ever heard of them? They are not availabe very often, but according to the bag, "when they are... Jelly Belly fans love to snap" them up. They are "special jelly beans that tast great but don't quite meet" all of "the demanding standards for size, color, shape and flavor". THEY DO TASTE GOOD THOUGH.
